About Ms. Leary:

Ms. Leary has over 30 years of experience in the area of probate and estate administration, wills, trust and probate litigation. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Nebraska Bar Association. Ms. Leary also has experience in consumer protection, products liability litigation, related litigation and personal injury litigation.

Before joining Leary & Wence, PC, Ms. Leary was a partner with the Leary & Leary law firm in Omaha, Nebraska.


Ms. Leary is a member of the state bars of Arizona and Nebraska. She is admitted in all state courts in both states.

About Mr. Wence:

Mr. Wence has more than 33 years of experience as a commercial and general litigator; and as an advisor in business and corporate matters. During his career he developed over 10 years experience in international commercial transactions and dispute resolution. His experience in litigation includes plaintiff, defense, transactional representation and protection of intellectual property.

Since 2006 Mr. Wence has focused his practice on probate administration, litigation and related estate and trust issues; including the representation of personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, heirs and creditors. He also has extensive experience in basic probate administration and non-probate distribution of estates and trusts.

Mr. Wence is also well versed in non-probate small estate distributions, will contests, trust disputes and transfer of estate and trust assets outside of probate. In addition, Mr. Wence can assist in planning, drafting and reconciling estate and trust planning goals for individuals and families; as well as financial and health care powers of attorney.

In addition, Mr. Wence has experience in real estate issues and litigation, including purchase and sale transactions, title and escrow disputes, contract drafting and interpretation and quiet title actions throughout Arizona.

Before joining Leary & Wence, PC, Mr. Wence was a commercial litigator with the LaVoy & Chernoff firm in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to that, Mr. Wence was a shareholder with the commercial law firm of McGrath, North, Mullin & Kratz in Omaha, Nebraska for 22 years.


Mr. Wence is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and admitted to practice in both state and federal courts. He is a member of the State Bars of Nebraska, Colorado and Arkansas and admitted to the state and federal courts of those jurisdictions. Mr. Wence is also licensed in the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S Court of International Trade.
